The ARTC training programs encompass a wide range of specialties, including HazMat Operations, HazMat Technician, WMD Operations, WMD Technician, Environmental Technician, Tank Car Specialist, Highway Specialist, Intermodal Tank Specialist, Toxic Gases Specialist, Flammable Gases Specialist, Product Removal Specialist, Cryogenic Specialist, Emergency Management (ICS/NIMS), Lithium Batteries ER, Hydrogen ER, Storage Tank ER, Loading/Unloading Terminals ER, Pipelines ER, Hazmat Confined Space ER, and many more to come.

ARTC is implementing over 130 hazmat response projects across all transportation modes — rail, highway, intermodal, and pipelines.

The new training center delivers world-class hazmat training with hands-on experience using fully operational transportation tanks, pipelines, and advanced response equipment. Featuring a wide range of modern containers and cutting-edge technologies—many unique to ARTC—it ensures responders are equipped with the latest tools and techniques to meet 21st-century challenges safely.
